Watching land hermit crab grow up is the greatest achievement. This is my C. violascens, hermit crab may grew very fast if they get bigger shell. She stayed with me 11 years since 2006. Unfortunately she passed away in 2018.
Do not know if she is the biggest C. violascens I have seen in crabitat.
